Inclement Weather Policy
Our policy concerning weather is that we will always strive to hold Sunday services. We recognize that the activities of the day may be modified and we will prepare accordingly.
We realize that many of our volunteers may not want to travel in adverse weather. We ask that if you are going to have to stay home on a day that you are scheduled to serve that you contact and inform your ministry leader.
A notification will be made on our voice mail (540-288-0018) and through our website in any extreme circumstance that would force the cancellation of any services.
